A didactic sequence was designed and implemented, consisting of activities focused on the conversion between algebraic and geometric representations. The proposal was applied to a group of 48 students from a secondary school in Mexico. The analysis of the results shows that the use of the digital tool GeoGebra enables students to visualize geometrically the solutions of a SLE, thereby enhancing their understanding. Students were able to recognize that a unique solution corresponds to the intersection of two lines at a single point, infinitely many solutions correspond to coincidence lines, and no solution corresponds to two lines that never intersect. By solving these systems algebraically and analyzing them geometrically, students demonstrated improvements in their reasoning, argumentation, and logical thinking skills. However, a digital gap persists in Mexico, limiting the adoption of technological tools among micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs), mainly due to economic, technological, and training resource constraints. In this context, qualitative studies aimed at understanding entrepreneurs’ perceptions of technological adoption remain scarce in the specialized literature. Therefore, the present study seeks to understand how entrepreneurs perceive digitalization as a strategy that enhances competitiveness in Mexican MSMEs. The research employs grounded theory as its methodological approach, framed within the resource-based view theory and developed under an inductive approach. Based on a sample of 486 semi-structured interviews conducted with entrepreneurs, consultants, academics, chamber representatives, and government officials, the following emerging categories were identified: competitiveness, digitalization, digital marketing, advantages, and barriers. This study evaluated the impact of a gamified pedagogical strategy on the academic performance of first-year high school students ($N = 70$). A quantitative, quasi-experimental, cross-sectional design was deployed, dividing participants into an experimental group ($n = 35$) and a control group ($n = 35$). The five-week intervention integrated a Google Sites environment powered by interactive activities on Educaplay and Kahoot. Data analysis via the non-parametric Mann–Whitney U test revealed significant academic improvements in the experimental group ($p &lt; .001$), with a remarkably large effect size ($r = .83$). Beyond quantitative academic optimization, qualitative tracking indicated a substantial increase in students' intrinsic motivation, proactive participation, and behavioral commitment toward textual analysis and poetry comprehension. The phenomenon has challenged existing financial regulatory frameworks prompting countries to consider partial or absolute recognition of the medium as tradable securities, for exchange or settlement of accounts, after the manner of fiat currency, but parallel to it. Fundamentally, the aim of this paper is to ascertain whether cryptocurrencies may lawfully be used, and to what extent in Nigeria. The study engages the doctrinal (conceptual) methodology for legal research which is basically library based, leveraging primary and secondary source materials for the rigorous analysis. With particular focus on the Investment and Securities Act 2025 the paper makes a structured analysis and review of relevant regulations on securities and currencies in Nigeria to determine: i). whether all manifestations of cryptocurrencies were within the contemplation of statute, and ii). the effect of the new law on the legality or otherwise of virtual assets in Nigeria. The result reveals at first, that the debate on legal assessment of cryptocurrencies persists and issues are still not fully resolved; second, the status and nature of digital currency presents it as a specie of electronic promissory note capable of creating legal obligations and values enforceable by judicial process if properly harnessed. However, <em>Tynanthus croatianus</em>, an endemic vine from Costa Rica, lacks comprehensive phytochemical studies validating its potential therapeutic use. <strong>Objective:</strong> This study aimed to characterize the secondary metabolites in <em>T. croatianus</em> stems using solvents of varying polarity and to determine the physicochemical properties of the aqueous extract. <strong>Methods:</strong> Stem samples were collected in Puntarenas, Costa Rica. Extracts were prepared via maceration using distilled water, ethanol (96%), methanol, and chloroform. Qualitative phytochemical screening (Dragendorff, Shinoda, etc.) and physicochemical analyses (pH, specific gravity, UV-Vis spectroscopy) were performed. <strong>Results:</strong> Phytochemical screening revealed the presence of flavonoids, terpenes, gallic tannins, catechins, and steroids across all extracts. Notably, alkaloids were detected in ethanolic and methanolic phases but were absent in aqueous extracts. The aqueous solution exhibited an acidic pH (5.61) and a specific gravity of 0.9977. UV-Vis analysis indicated the presence of low-molecular-weight compounds, likely sugars and terpenes. <strong>Conclusion: </strong><em>T. croatianus</em> possesses a diverse metabolic profile rich in antioxidant and antimicrobial candidates.
